MENTAL HEALTH

Mental Health During lockdown

Mental health is one of the most underrated topic that we all discuss about. It is as important as physical health. The people suffering from it are not confident enough to speak about it and the society still considers it as a stigma.October first week is celebrated as mental health awareness week. This is a problem as big as any other because almost every age group , both genders and doesn’t matter what profession everybody is affected by it.

Mental health is the balanced development of the individual’s personality and emotional attitudes which enable him/her to live harmoniously with their fellow people. The feeling of inferiority causes in them frustration and a sense of unworthiness which is difficult to root out even with the most stimulating educational environment and schooling

This feeling of inferiority is dangerous and results in repressions and inhibitions of certain reactions which strike at the very root of harmonious development and of mental health.
